Return period : 30 days from the delivery date.
Conditions : Item must be returned unused, unworn, with original tags & packaging and proof of purchase.
Procedure : First, request a return via email to support@outfite.co.uk . You will receive the address and instructions after confirmation.
Defective/incorrect items : Please report within 48 hours. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exceptions : No returns for personalized items or “Final Sale”.
Exchange : No direct exchange. New purchase possible after approved return.
Refund : Within approximately 10 business days to the original payment method. Delays due to bank/credit card transactions are possible.
Costs : For normal returns, the customer bears the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
